Our travel buddies in Singapore organised a Chinese New Year lunch party which they called it "Lohei". I was invited to one of these last year but I couldn't make it. I mean, why would I come all the way from Brunei just to have lunch? This year it coincided with a Valentine's Day weekend, so why not?
Getting into Singapore
The most convenient way is via Royal Brunei airlines, but the cheapest way is via Miri. I have to stay, RB is lucky that the parking at Miri airport isn't very secure. If it is, people will definitely drive all the way to Miri and simply park their cars there in order to get to Singapore. For this trip, I took the early flight from Brunei International airport so that I could reach there in time for the Lohei lunch.
The rest is to be continued. . . ;)
